What happens if I’m 15 minutes late to my scheduled booking?
Kindly call your driver to advice that you are going to be late in the scheduled booking. Please note that drivers are allowed to start the trip after 15 minutes of waiting in the pick-up location.

Kindly make a report here. Please be advised that your PasaBuy driver will surrender your item to any PasaBuy Center for you to claim.
What do I do if my driver is 15 minutes late or didn’t show up?
Kindly call your driver to ask for the estimated time of arrival to your pick-up point. Please note that drivers may not be able to respond while driving so please try again if possible. If you can’t still reach the drivers, you can cancel the booking and book using PasaRent On-Demand.
What can I do if I can’t book using corporate billing?
Not be able to book using corporate billing has many reasons, please check below for your reference:
- Unsuccessful payment/outstanding balance from your card or PasaPay wallet.
- Click here to settle your outstanding balance and to be able to use the corporate billing.
- Company admin has removed you from the PasaBuy for Business portal.
- Please check your admin if you are still connected to the PasaBuy for Business portal.
- Unregistered credentials to the PasaBuy for Business portal.
- Please make sure to log in using the registered credentials. If you need to update your credentials, kindly coordinate with your company admin.
Who will pay the toll fee?
Toll fee will be charged to your company, kindly make sure that toll fee amount will be included to your PasaBuy e-receipt.
I accidentally cancelled the booking but the driver was able to pick me up?
Your driver will report this incident and a PasaBuy representative will call you for verification.
How can I change the pick-up location of my scheduled booking?
Unfortunately, you can’t change the pick-up location once the ride has been scheduled. We advise you to call your driver and inform him of the new pick-up location or rebook a ride.
What can I do if I need to reschedule the scheduled PasaRent ride?
Please call the driver, if you have to reschedule the ride to check if your new pick-up time is possible. If not, you may rebook again.
What can I do if I need to cancel the scheduled PasaRent ride?
Please call the driver and inform him, don’t forget to cancel the ride on your passenger app to make sure that driver will be able to accept a new scheduled booking.
